San Gabriel Valley Region
Los Angeles County can be geographically divided into North, South, Central, West and East regions. Each region is unique in landscape, varying demographics and rich in culture. The San Gabriel Valley is located East of the City of Los Angeles with bordering cities of Pasadena, South Pasadena, Alhambra and Monterey Park. In addition to half a dozen unincorporated communities, the SGV also has 28 distinct jurisdictions with their own staff and elected officials. The SGV is also home to many amazing attractions such as the Hsi Lai Buddhist Temple, Rose Bowl, Homestead Museum, Huntington Library, Whittier Narrows, Santa Fe Dam, Rio Hondo River, San Gabriel River and much more.
Existing Bike Plans/Routes
The following cities in the SGV currently have, or are in the process of updating, bicycle master plans:
